Aaron Porter has a portfolio of roles largely in the higher education sector including as Chair of the Board of BPP University and Deputy Chair of Goldsmiths, University of London. He leads a national development programme for members of university governing bodies for Advance HE which supports over 750 higher education board members annually and has led over 50 reviews of governance effectiveness.

A previous President of the National Union of Students (NUS), Aaron has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of UCAS, the Office of the Independent Adjudicator and the Higher Education Academy.

Eric is a versatile, motivated, enthusiastic, creative, compassionate, and imaginative professional with over 30 years of experience as a trainer, strategic advisor/mentor, business/life coach, and management consultant in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Eric is the Director (People), Chartered Fellow, Associate Professor of Management, and Leadership Practice, and Course Director, Chartered Management Institute dual award courses at Regent’s University London.

He is a life coach, NLP practitioner, and trainer for personal effectiveness, leadership, sustainable development, and organisational health. Eric holds a MIBA, PGCHE, PGCRM, and a PhD in Strategic Studies, and several qualifications in alternative therapies.

Importantly, William is the founder of The School of Innovation, a project which is aspiring to become one of the first new independent universities in the North of England since the 1960s.”“Will stands out for his ability to disrupt regulated industries. With no prior experience in the charity sector, he built a successful startup, demonstrating his innovative approach. Notably, William is recognised as one of the UK’s youngest medical school visiting lecturers.
